Mentoring Programme

Guidance through difficult or stressful periods.

We work closely with young people who are finding school or university difficult, helping them understand what to do next and how to move forward with greater confidence.

The mentor provides consistent support while helping the student develop the independence, judgement and practical skills they need over time.

01

Consistent contact

Daily or weekly check-ins, planning sessions and coaching, adjusted as independence develops.

02

Study skills

Support with planning, time management, revision, organisation and self-advocacy.

03

Family and school

Clear communication between the student, family, tutors and school where appropriate.

04

Beyond academics

Emotional support, reflective thinking, soft skills and personal development.

The right match

Support shaped around the individual.

Mentors are selected according to the young person’s needs, stage and circumstances. Where academic, pastoral or wellbeing expertise is helpful, we bring it into one coordinated plan.
