Reset Camp

Time and space to reconnect, reflect and grow.

A residential programme for young people aged 16–24.

Introduction to Reset

A safe setting for meaningful change.

Reset Camp gives young people the opportunity to step away from their usual environment and reconnect with the world around them.

In peaceful locations, structured experiences combine personal support, purposeful activity and time to rest, helping participants build resilience, self-respect and renewed confidence in their future.

The programme

01

Nature and conservation

Hands-on gardening, farming and conservation work builds a practical connection with nature, sustainability and the satisfaction of completing real tasks.

02

Movement and challenge

Mountain and rural activities encourage physical fitness, confidence and teamwork, with the programme adapted to the group and location.

03

Inquiry and learning

Small-group sessions include philosophy, ethics, life sciences, art and personal development. Academic tutoring can also continue where needed.

04

Reflection and support

Each day allows time for reflection, reading, mindfulness or exercise, with access to experienced pastoral and care professionals.

The setting

The Valais, near Crans-Montana.

A welcoming Alpine setting close to Sion, with comfortable group accommodation, flexible room options, wellbeing facilities, a private garden and staff support throughout.

Before, during and after

Before

A direct intake process helps us understand the circumstances, agree the appropriate support and prepare for arrival.

During

The programme balances rest, personal growth, learning and responsibility. Participants take an active role in daily tasks rather than receiving a set of pre-packaged activities.

After

Continued mentoring and family guidance can support the transition home and help sustain the progress made during the programme.

The team

Built around each cohort.

Each camp brings together the programme leadership, pastoral and care professionals, teachers, qualified activity leaders and local specialists required for that group and setting.
